They Trust Us
Concrete advantages that make a difference in sports infrastructure development.
We identify plots with technical and regulatory viability for stadiums and complexes. Soil studies, access, and services included.
Structural design of grandstands, roofs, and drainage systems. Modular projects that reduce construction timelines.
Support in land selection, municipal permits, and design of facilities adapted to each discipline.
Coordination with local authorities for approvals, urban impact studies, and compliance with building codes.
Direct contact with construction companies experienced in reinforced concrete, steel structures, and natural turf.
Incorporation of efficient irrigation systems, solar panels, and recycled materials in the design of complexes.
We don't offer the same as a generalist real estate agency. Our specialization in mega-complexes and stadiums changes the rules of the game for athletic franchises and construction companies.
We don't sell homes or offices. Every square meter we manage is designed for courts, stands, locker rooms, and spectator circulation. This eliminates detours and accelerates decision-making.
Each Argentine municipality has different requirements for stadiums and athletic complexes. We know the building codes, urban impact studies, and approval timelines in each province.
We work with structural engineers, drainage companies, and synthetic turf manufacturers who understand the loads and intensive use of sports facilities. We don't outsource blindly.
Since 2018, we have accompanied athletic franchises and construction companies in the acquisition of land and the development of sports infrastructure in Argentina. Our team has participated in projects totaling more than 40 hectares of sports surface, with stadiums ranging from 5,000 to 84,000 spectators. Each file includes soil studies, water feasibility, and site plans approved by each municipality.
Clear answers about sports infrastructure development and commercial land acquisition in Argentina.
We focus exclusively on large-surface plots —from 10 hectares— located in metropolitan or peri-urban areas of Argentina. We evaluate road access, availability of services (water, electricity, gas), and zoning feasibility for stadiums, athletic complexes, and training centers.
First, we conduct a market study and technical feasibility assessment of the land. Then we coordinate with the client —franchise or construction company— the structural design, municipal permits, and construction plan. Our team manages each stage until the plot is delivered ready for construction.
It depends on the scale and land conditions. A complex with multiple courts and a covered stadium can take between 18 and 36 months, including soil studies, drainage engineering, modular construction, and approvals. Each project has a detailed timeline that we share with the client from the first meeting.
We collaborate with both sectors. We have developed public-private partnerships to transform public lands into regional sports hubs. Coordination with local governments is a regular part of our projects, especially in obtaining permits and complying with urban planning regulations.
Our specialization is total: we only work in sports real estate. This allows us to have in-depth knowledge of the structural needs of stadiums and athletic complexes, the requirements of each franchise, and the specific regulations of the sector. We do not market homes or offices; our focus is on infrastructure for professional and amateur sports.
